1. Services
TabDesignStudio offers commercial interior design services including concept development, space planning, material selection, and execution management. All services are tailored to client needs and outlined in formal agreements before project initiation.
2. Consultations and Proposals
Initial consultations may be complimentary. Detailed proposals, timelines, and pricing are shared post-consultation. Acceptance of a proposal confirms your agreement to proceed with the project as described.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. Typically, we require a percentage of the project cost as an advance, with subsequent payments scheduled based on project milestones.
4. Revisions
We allow a reasonable number of design revisions during the development phase. Significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, client delays, or material availability. We strive to communicate any changes promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and materials developed by TabDesignStudio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
